Gianluca Alfano

Gianluca is a qualified lawyer and provides judicial and extrajudicial Administrative Law assistance. Before becoming a founding partner of the firm, he gained a solid experience in leading Italian firms focused on administrative law. He handles matters related to public procurement contracts, local public services, urban development law, planning permissions/regulations and programming acts. He has worked on some of the major restructuring plans of the Italian public administration, at central and local level, in particular with regard to the rationalization of public procurement by means of dedicated public-owned companies. Gianluca has also supported numerous public administration in terms of the procedures related to public works, services and supplies. The consulting activities were also carried out in the European and international field support, in particular, of development projects in the field of public procurement and e-procurement. In the field of local public services is dealt with the dismissal of state owned real properties.
